I always thought you needed a bread making machine to make bread at home successfully, We were shopping in Sainsbury and in the reduced section we pick a ginger bread mix all I had to add was oil and water, cost me 50p. So I thought well worth having a go and would keep me entertained for a couple of hours and if the Ginger bread cake well if we can eat it after as well we've had a result.
Well the kids ate it so must be good
